My plug won't turn off the device. 

It clicks and turns off the tiny light on the tapo plug, but still keeps powering whatever is plugged into it. 

Whether it is a manual press of the button on the plug, turning it off or on in the tapo app, or turning off or on in the Google home app, the device plugged in stays on. 

I've tried deleting and reinstalling. I've tried a factory reset and readding the p100. I've tried plugging it in next to my router. I've tried plugging a different item into the p100 eg, lamps, phone chargers, vacuum cleaner, air fresheners.

It's absolutely the Tapo plug, not something wrong with my electrical items or WiFi. 

I can find no way to contact customer service, and I'd like a replacement in honesty.
