Der 
wischmop ist ja unten mit einem Klettverschluss an der Platte befestigt. Diese Platte kann ich nicht einklicken in den saugroboter selbst das funktioniert nicht. Gibt es hier irgendeinen schlauen Trick, welche ich berücksichtigen kann?
That’s surprising, how did this part come off in the first place? This isn’t a component meant to be installed by the user, so under normal circumstances, it shouldn’t detach like this. I think you should consult the local support team about this. Contact Technical Support
