Hello,

I have a two-floor house with 6 Tapo cameras and an H500 hub.

The problem is that the H500 only detects the cameras connected near the main router.

The other cameras are connected through TP-Link routers/switches in the same wired network (same LAN) on the other side of the house. Everything is properly connected and the network works fine, but the H500 cannot discover those cameras.

Has anyone experienced this?

Is there any network limitation or configuration required when cameras are connected through other switches or routers?
