Model: Archer BE230
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Latest

After Router reboots it fails to send ipv6 to client devices. Internet connection page shows it is connected and has proper ip and prefix from isp, but client devices doesn't receives it, manually reconnecting to pppoe solves the issue until next reboot. ipv4 stack works fine. :(

You didn't pointed your FW release version but on the global support portal the latest version states:

Archer BE230(EU)_V2_1.3.1 Build 20260106

New Features/Enhancements:
1. Added support for Link Aggregation feature.
2. Added support for QoS configuration via the Tether APP.
3. Optimized the user experience of the IPv6 feature.
4. Improved the performance of the VPN feature.
5. Enhanced system security and stability.

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed several VPN-related issues.
2. Fixed several EasyMesh-related issues.

Notes:
1. This upgrade is irreversible and downgrade is not supported.

If you're not on this FW version update it and test how it goes.

If you are already on this FW release, you may contact your local support support for further assistance.

  @terziyski I'm on 1.3.1 Build 20260106
i believe latest means no firmware update is available. local support can't fix improper firmware implementations.

Correct. Although, the issue may not be related to the TP-Link router FW.

If it is related to the router FW, you should wait for the next FW release (beta or official).

  @Pure69 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Have you enabled SMB sharing on your router? If yes, please disable it for a try.

Hi @Pure69 ,

It would be helpful to provide them with:
• Your IPv6 connection type (PPPoE with IPv6)
• Whether you're using DHCPv6, SLAAC, or prefix delegation
• Any relevant screenshots of your IPv6 settings
• Please refer to the FAQs below to collect system logs and backup files of the router:

How to view and save System Log of TP-Link wireless router

How to create and restore from a backup file on your TP-Link Router

To help you efficiently, I've forwarded your case to the TP-Link support engineers, who will reach out to you using your registered email address later. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for follow-up.
