Battery drains 1% very 1 second even without starting the cleaning task. I have charged the charging contact points on both autoemptying dock and the robot. Tried contacting the india service centre, unable to connect with them.

I tried restarting with the switch , with electric swit h. I see the charge is 1% put it to charge all night long, in the morning charge is 54% after night long charge. When I just keep the robo away from charging dock l, I can literally see the app showing the charge go down like -1% every 1 second. It's like a count down.

No error from the device in notification or weird led indication or voice indication
