We recently got the H500 and have just been using the internal storage until I get a better idea of how much memory our cameras are using. 

One thing I have noticed since using the H500 is that there are 10 to 50 second gaps in the recordings that don't happen when I switch back to recording to the SD cards in the cameras. All other setting are the same and sensitivity is at 10. 

We have two C210 cameras, one C230 camera and a D130 Doorbell camera recording to the hub. The gaps happen with all the cameras but only when recording to the hub. This doesn't happen when recording to local SD cards.

Is this a known issue with using just the internal storage and, if so, will adding a HDD fix this?
