T310 sensor not updating temp and humidity
My T310 sensor stopped updating temperature and humidity data a few days ago. I've replaced the battery, removed it from the Tapo app and added it as a new device. The adding process seems to work but the sensor isn't appearing as available in the device list. I've completed the add process twice, but it still isn't appearing.

Make sure you've checked every room and home in the Tapo app. When switching to a new Home, click the All Devices tab so you won't miss anything. How to configure Home feature and Room feature in Tapo app
Please test whether you can ring the Tapo hub remotely, if not, if might affect its sub-device's connection.
Connect your phone to the same WiFi as the Tapo hub that the sensor is linked to, turn off cellular data, disable VPN if any. Then force-close and re-open Tapo app, check whether the sensor appears in the app under local control.
