Is anyone able to assist please. I have two door thresholds which are less than 2cm high. The vacuum struggles to get over them, however when it does, it then turns around back into the original room and gets stuck in a cycle or climbing and returning. Please see map as example. Are there any suggestions to make the robot stay in the room and clean?

Robot vacuum's obstacle‑climbing performance may decrease with the mop attached. Have you tried running it without the mop? Does this happen in every cleaning task? Or occasionally?

 

If this happens even when the mop isn't installed, then further investigation is required. More details will be needed for our support team to determine the cause, such as pictures of the threshold and a video of the problem.

  @Wayne-TP Hi Wayne, I haven't installed the mop yet. It does this every time it is meant to enter a new room with a lip.
