I added a rug to a room, assuming that the mopping function wouldn’t be used in that area.

However, when the room is cleaned, the rug seems to be skipped. What exactly is the purpose of this feature? Can I set separate settings or something similar?

Can I create a room within a room for this?

@PietBreda I think I've found the answer after all. When I add a rug, I discovered that you can also change the settings there. It's become a lot clearer now. :-)
Problem solve for now.

I adjusted the settings, but after another run, the mop pad was still left out. After digging deeper into the settings, I discovered that the vacuuming on the rug is only activated when the mop pad is removed. So in that case, only the vacuuming function is used. Too bad...

With the mop installed, the robot assumes it’s doing a mopping run, so it will skip any carpet zones set to 'Vacuum Only'. After all, you don't want it mopping on carpet, don't you?
