I have 6 KE100s, 5 are working fine, 1 however I cannot get to work properly. Massively overheating. I have re-installed and re-calibarated it countless times and it continues to overheat. Many photos attached.
I've had a similar problem and it turned out to be the actual valve on the radiator wasn't capable of being fully closed. I've had to replace 2 and the problem was resolved.
You could test them by swapping a known good one in place of the problematic one and see how they work i.e. does the radiator remain hot with a good Ke100?
