After many experiments I believe that this Bulb should suffers connectivity issues because of the location of is WiFi.  The signal is easily blocked when foil backed insulation (common to meet up values) is used in the ceiling void. Either the WiFi should have a stronger signal or it should be marketed for internal use only.

Actually, for any WiFi device, the signal is highly susceptible to interference and degradation in metal-rich environments, whether enclosed or semi-enclosed. The user guide for this product explicitly states: “NOT for use in totally enclosed or recessed luminaires.”

If your environment or the intended installation location contains significant sources of WiFi interference, such as metal shielding in the structure, thick concrete walls, or similar obstacles, it's best to add WiFi extenders to strengthen coverage. For devices that support wired connections, use Ethernet whenever possible. While environmental conditions may be difficult or impossible to change, these steps can still effectively help mitigate signal interference in such settings.
