Hello,
Welcome to the community, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To better understand the situation, could you please help confirm a few details for us?
- Are both cameras rotating continuously, or does the movement only occur at certain times?
- Can you confirm whether this behavior is related to Patrol Mode, or could it be caused by Motion Tracking being enabled? Please note that when Motion Tracking is turned on, the camera will automatically follow detected movement, which can appear similar to patrol behavior.
If the cameras continue to rotate after this, please help provide:
1.A short video showing the camera movement behavior
2.Screenshots of the Patrol Mode and Motion Tracking settings for both cameras
This information will allow us to review the configuration more carefully and assist you further.
Best Regards
