It's updating and blinking green light over 5 hours and continuous.

If the green LED has been blinking continuously for several hours, we kindly suggest trying the following steps:
1.Please disconnect the camera from the power source, wait for about 5 minutes, and then reconnect it. After powering it back on, observe whether the LED status changes or the update process completes.
2.If the issue persists, we recommend performing a factory reset on the camera and then setting it up again in the Tapo app:How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods
If the camera remains unresponsive after trying the above, contact our customer service team and provide the results of the above troubleshooting steps.
