I've owned the installed (with wedge) the D225 for 2 weeks and was disappointed that the 180 Degree as it cannot capture the entire bottom of my doorstep, which is where packages are placed.

I researched and found the TD25 variant at BestBuy claims the same 180 Degree FOV, but with increased resolution. 

Tapo stated resolution: Width x Height

D225 resolution: 2304 x 1728

TD25 resolution: 2560 x 1920

I purchased and swapped the D225 with the TD25 in the exact location with the same wedge as the D225. I was disappointed to discover the following:

Downloading both videos from the Tapo app onto the iOS devices show the same 2560 x 1920 resolution for both TD25 & D225...

The D225 has the exact FOV and sharpness as the TD25. Dare I say that the D225 has better HDR....

The firmware is up to date on both TD25, D225 and Chimes.

The TD25 is going to be returned to BestBuy and I am seeking out a 5 Degree wedge to increase the total Degrees to 20 instead of the provided 15 Degrees as it's not sufficient.
