Hello,

I have two Tapo C420 cameras and a Tapo D230 doorbell connected to a Tapo H200 hub. When I try to watch thelive feeds through the Tapo app I get "tap to refresh" message.

The hub has been rebooted, reset to factory and the firmware updated to the latest available. The Tapo app installed  is version 3.17.506. The cameras have been reset and readded, but the problem continues. The cameras and doorbell were working fine for 2 years until some time last month when they all stopped working.

I was told there is a new firmware that allegedly fixes this problem but it's still in beta. Is there any way I can get that firmware version? I'm willing to test it.
