Tapo C310 V2.0 bricked - corrupted firmware after power outage, reset not completing
Hello,
My Tapo C310 is unresponsive after a power outage (frequent issue in my region, Venezuela).
Device details:
- Model: Tapo C310
- Hardware version: V2.0 (EU)
- MAC: 34-60-F9-72-FB-48
- S/N: 22251W0002205
Symptoms:
- LED turns solid red on boot, then blinks red briefly
- When pressing Reset button (10+ seconds), camera attempts to
enter pairing mode but makes a distorted/strange noise instead
of saying "reset" clearly
- LED never reaches the red/green alternating pairing state
- Does not broadcast "Tapo_Cam_XXXX" SSID
- Not detectable in the Tapo app
Already tried:
- Multiple resets (5s, 10s, 15s, 20s)
- Power cycle + reset combo (hold Reset while reconnecting power)
- Different power source
This strongly suggests corrupted firmware after an interrupted
update. Could you please send me the manual firmware file for
C310 V2.0 via private message, along with the flashing
instructions?
@Solla-topee please help.
Thank you.
