My robot cannot turn and movenon straight lines in mopping mode. I've cleaned it, dried the cloth and made sure the floor is dry. It worked great for 2 mknths and now I can't use the mopping function at all as the robot keeps moving in weird motions as if it is stuck and when I use the remote control it can't turn right, but there is no obstacles in the wheels. It workes fine with vacuum. Please help

Please make sure the sensor area on the robot vacuum is clean. Check if the wheels are clean, make sure there is no grease or dirt before starting another cleaning task.
If the problem still exists, contact local TP-Link support for further assistance. This device might require a throughout testing.
