Hello, recently purchased this router. Internet speeds and connectivity are very good.

The only issue is Microsoft Teams on our small LAN. From migration from traditional ISP amd router to Archer NX210 all computers cannot now receive Microsoft Teams calls (whether Win 10 or Win 11).

 

The program doesn't notify except for a missed call.

 

Everything worked perfectly before so it must be an Archer NX210 issue. Please can you advise settings to adjust to enable the calls properly?

Please provide more details about the reported phenomenon.


  1. Is the Archer NX210 connected to a modem/router to go to the internet or a SIM card?
  2. Who is your ISP?
  3. Please log in to the Archer NX210's web management page, go to Advanced > Status > Internet section, and then check if the router has IPv4 and IPv6 internet IP addresses. Is the IPv4 address public?
