Firmware Version: 3.18.502

I'm using iphone 12 pro max with iOS 26.2.1.
My Tapo app does not work on my phone. I can't view any videos on all my cameras. It just comes out as black (please see attached actual screenshot photo for reference) and all the buttons does not work.
My wife is using iphone 16 pro max with iOS 26.3.1 and the app works just fine with her phone.

I hope you could help me out with my problem.

Please ensure your Tapo app is updated. You can try to delete and reinstall the app. While using the Tapo app, do not enable any VPN on the phone. And you can also try to restart your phone.

Can you check what version of the Tapo app is installed on your phone? Go to Me page in the app, click About, then you can find the app version.
