Model: Tapo H500   Tapo C325WB
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.18 20260423 rel. 12749

I have set up the guest  network on my hub to run both 2.4g and 5g, as the cameras (C325WB) need 2.4g and the hub needs 5g.

When trying to add the cameras to the hub, it just says "Not on the same network" when it lists them.

If the cameras and hub can't be on the same bandwidth version of teh network, how is the C325WB showing as compatible with the H500?

**** H500 connects to the router via Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi only. Please make sure your router supports the 5 GHz band.Routers that do not support 5 GHz (such as TL-WR841N,TL-WR940N) should be connected via Ethernet cable. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is not supported for router connection due to its lower speed and higher interference, which may affect video transmission stability. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported for communication with compatible devices such as IP cameras.
