Hi,  looking for advice on RMA returns and consumer rights.  I have purchased one of the solar cameras c615f,  however it will not charge from solar.  To be fair support has been good and now getting the panel and extension cable replaced under RMA ( problem is the cable quite sure).  Where I am slightly perplexed is I need to fund the return costs.  TP say on their website is this is because they do not sell direct.  However I did buy this from them direct.  If indeed the problem is just the extension cable I may have been cheaper just buying one myself.  Appreciate anyone's thoughts on this or experience.  Under UK consumer rights they should be paying.

May I ask if the conclusion about the extension cable being faulty was provided to you by support? If not, I would still recommend following their troubleshooting guidance. Otherwise, if the issue isn’t actually caused by this accessory, simply replacing the cable may not resolve it.
