Change wifi connection
Hi, I have 3 outdoor cameras and a door bell. I'm currently in the process of changing my Internet from You Fiber to Virgin. Does anybody know how i change the cameras over, please. Thank you.

Hi,
If your Tapo camera is offline after a router reset or network change, you will need to reset and reconfigure the camera.
1. Reset the camera: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods
2. Reconfigure the camera following the in-app instructions, or refer to the FAQ guides: How to Set Up Your Tapo Camera Using the Tapo App
3. If the setup fails, refer to the troubleshooting guide: Tapo Camera Not Connecting to Wi-Fi: Troubleshooting Guide
Currently, the Tapo app doesn't support changing the Wi-Fi directly for your camera. If you do not want to reset your camera and reconfigure it, you can try the following steps:
1. Set your new router’s Wi-Fi name, password, and security type to be the same as the old one.
2. Reboot the camera and check if it reconnects automatically.
