My tapo c500 gets faulty at times. I Just purchased this cctv about a week ago. Sometimes it works fine, when viewing to my phone on steady viewpoint only, it works fine but when I start to pan the camera, it will reload (the view will freeze and connecting) and then, unable to view the video thru my phone. I Have tried restarting the cctv by switching it off and turning back on, the cctv keeps turning 360 while the camera is pointing upwards, and the led light is red. Already tried rebooting the cctv thru the app but result is still the same.

Could you please confirm whether you are using the original power adapter and cable that came with the camera, and that no extension cable is being used?

We also recommend performing a full reset of the camera and setting it up again to see if the issue can be resolved: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods
