LOOP RECORD NOT WORKING

it is equipped with the 128GB Sandisk,

i have bought this two cameras(c520ws) and 2 sd card in the same dealer. the other pair is working while the other one loop record don't work it just stops storing after sd card getting full. and need to reformat again to store recordings again.

Hi，

If the loop recording stops working, you can try to format the SD card manually by going to the camera's settings ->Storage & Recording->microSD card-> Format microSD card. Furthermore, if you encounter any issue of failing to format, please refer to: How to Fix Tapo or Kasa Camera and Doorbell SD Card Not Formatting or Being Recognized
