My chime has stopped working on my D210 doorbell.  It is plugged in but the light is flashing red/green.  I have pressed reset.  Any help will be appreciated as I am quite elderly

Just to clarify, the problem device is the chime, not the doorbell itself, correct?

 

If the chime is blinking red and green, it means it is ready for setup. You can follow the guidances in this article to repair the chime with your doorbell - check Option One. Tapo Doorbell Chime Setup: Add Tapo Chime, Hub, or Smart Speaker
