Won’t recognize a room on the map
My vac won't recognise a room that has been mapped. When I start the cleaning process, it starts to operate and then returns to the dock without cleaning the room. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

@Minxa67 was there an update, mine is doing the same. It's the 4th time in 4 months I have had to remap.
Mine has its directions wrong. Going in thw wrong direction

Please check if the room has been marked as the carpet zones? When the robot has the mop attachment installed, it will avoid any carpet areas where the “Cleaning Preference” is set to “Vacuum Only.”

Don't forget to check the no-go zones and virtual walls, either.
Check if it can clean other rooms or zones. Did you receive any error in the app when this happened?
