Hello,
If the camera's default Wi-Fi signal isn’t detected:
1. Check the camera LED and make sure it is blinking red and green/blue.
2. Restart Wi-Fi settings on your phone.
3. Reboot the camera by unplugging and reconnecting it.
4. Reset and reconfigure the camera: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods
5. Try a different phone or check if a PC can detect the camera’s default Wi-Fi.
Note: Cameras that use Bluetooth do not broadcast Wi-Fi.
