I am having trouble downloading a video from my cloud. Whenever I try it says video downloading but it isn't. When I have done this before it has appeared in my videos

Make sure there are no VPN enabled on your phone. Try with different networks (cellular data, different WiFis). Try with another phone.
Do you have problem with a particular video or all cloud videos?

Thanks for the reply. I don't have a van. There is no option to delete videos, I have to reformat thr sd card

Aren't you saying the cloud videos in the first place?
- Tapo cloud videos can be downloaded or deleted individually.
- For videos recorded to an SD card, you can download them individually over your local network (remote downloading support is in progress). The ability to delete single videos from the SD card is currently being rolled out to different models. If your specific device doesn’t support this feature yet, you would need to format the SD card to delete videos.
