Is it possible to add a feature to exclude familiar people from recordings?

I know you can exclude them from notifications but it would be useful to actually avoid all recording of my neighbours comings and goings across the field of view of my Tapo D235 doorbell. My property is close to theirs and it isn't easy to exclude them from the detection zone
