Regarding the videos manually deleted from the “Cloud Video” section in the Tapo app, we regret to inform you that once deleted, those video files cannot be recovered through our system.
To protect your important recordings, we strongly recommend that you download critical videos to your personal device (such as your phone or computer) as soon as possible after they are recorded. You can then store them in a separate, secure location (like a password-protected folder or an external drive).
