My doorbell stop working was flashing red now I can not connect it or even reset I try the 10 secs and all that and nothing

Hi,

Please refer to this guide to reset the doorbell again: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Doorbell

 

Then configure it on the Tapo App. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
