Model: Tapo S110E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.2

I'm trying to connect my device to a battery powered solar setup. My multimeter reads 26.2v at the screws on the device when connected but my device won't power up. I've set up the device while plugged into a wall socket and set it up as dry wiring and in pulse mode.
any help would be appreciated.

Could you provide more detailed information? For example, could you include a wiring diagram showing how all the devices are currently connected, and specify which terminal screw you measured the voltage from?

Also, what is the specific load device you are trying to control? Does it have its own power supply?

Can the battery power up the load device without the S110E?
