Regarding “picks up films I’m not watching” – Are you referring to the camera frequently triggering and recording clips for movements or activities you don’t consider relevant? If so, this may be related to detection sensitivity. You can try adjusting the motion detection sensitivity and customizing the detection zone in the camera settings (Tapo App > Select your camera > Detection Settings). This can help reduce unnecessary recordings.

 Regarding the “squeaky loud noises” – Could you provide more details about this sound?
1. Is it a continuous noise coming from the camera’s body (like a mechanical sound)?
2. Or is it an alert/notification sound played through the camera’s speaker?
3. Does it happen when the camera moves, or at random times?

This information will help us determine whether it might be a hardware-related sound or something related to audio settings/notifications.
