Hello,
i have an NC450 ip cam.
When i press the ''microphone'' button from the tpCamera ios app,it says ''the audio line is occupied by another user.Please try again later.''and the sound does not arrive to my camera

Since its only me that i use this camera ,does anyone know what does it mean?and how will i fix it??

I updated the firmware.
Do not have this issue anymore.

but i realised, when i use the same network Wifi.. its can speak and hear from the camera.
When using outside network like 4G network.. or other internet, cannot even receive or send the voice to the camera.

Please fix this issue.!
