Hi, I have NC250 cloud camera and got a problem with web login.
It's a brand new product and found the default login name and password on the bottom of the camera (admin/admin).
However it didn't work. Does anyone know any suggestion for this?

I've got exactly the same problem. Any solutions?

I have just received my new NC250 with the same problem and factory reset doesn't fix it.

....for a few months the browser plug ins have been withdrawn so there is no easy log in. I have mentioned this many times...contact tplink online support if you can not use the ip address to log in. The apps still work but you can not easily change the password & port to stop intruders seeing into your house.
