NC450 Pan Tilt Control not working in TPlinkCloud web app

I am using the Chrome 58.0 web browser to view the NC450 camera via the TP Link Cloud URL and the video works fine, but I don't have any control of the Pan/Tilt aspects from the browser. Is there another setting that needs to be enabled or possibly an update? I do get a hand icon for the mouse pointer over the video image area.
