Hi, I have recently installed a NC450 to use as a security camara at our centre.

Everything works as per the instructions, however when I try to view recorded data on my iPhone 6s, all I get is a grey screen. If I try to playback recorded data, a blue circle keeps rotating and nothing plays.

Why is this function not working? I have setup 24hr recording using the app downloaded from the Apple store.

Make sure the NC450 is with the latest firmware and your phone is with the latest version.
The 24hr recording needs to work with a sd card. Is the SD card recognized by the app? Do you see a blue part when playing the record?
You may have a try to format the SD card to FAT32 and delete other thing in the SD card.
Besides, is the time on the app matched with your time zone? which time zone are you located?

I have same issue but android version. All settings are done properly as you said but unable to see any record. Storage always say 0gb/0gb. Whereas it is working well woth other devices and formatted to FAT32. Can you check

My SD card is recognised and when you start the 24hr recording it doesn't get stored onto the card and not sure where it goes. you can review the recording but where is it recorded?

Should be recorded on the SD card otherwise what do you think should be the vessel?

I tried to replace with different sd cards. It finally works with a 16gb card. Not several 32gb cards. Not sure it is card issue or firmware update... but suggest you try the same.

Latest firmware supports 128GB SD from the official website.
