HS 210 on off issue with Kasa

HS 210 on off issue with Kasa

When I click the switch, it turns on and off just fine. But if I use the Kasa app, I have to cycle/tap the link to my switch twice! I have 3 Hs210 installed, and the other two work correctly, the third one, if I click on it with the Kasa app, it turns on (goes green), I click again, nothing happens (goes grey). click again light goes off (goes green), click again, nothing happens (goes grey), click again goes on , and so on. The switch is on my wifi, mechanically works fine, its just doing this weird thing with the Kasa app. Is it defective? Anyone have any suggestions?
