Problem with some of my HS100 Smart Plugs

I bought 5 pieces of HS100 smart plug. However I am only able to update 2 of the firmware and link them to my Google home. The other 3 plugs firmware cannot be upgraded via the Kasa App, be it on Android or IOS. Anyone has the same problem?
