Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5
while it was operating normally, the automatic does not work at night. it became a format but nothing. the click sound you hear but the night in the auto is dark.

when I bought it it worked normally for 3 days. after that he presented it

Is there any specific symptom that indicates the night vision mode does not work? You can send us a screenshot of the liveview page at night.

 

Have you ever tried to disable night vision mode and re-enable it? 

 

Besides, you can hard reset the camera and reconfigure it to give it a go.

@Kevin_Z i have done all that you said to me. Worked normally and after 3 days presented it. Does it wont software change. I 'll send you a photo tonight to see.
