Hi guys can you help 

 

Had a fault with my router and virgin came and swapped out my router ...

 

now none of my bulbs are working i tried performing a soft reset and a hard reset but the bulbs will not blink 

 

i had a brand new buld that i have installed and that works perfectly also the 2 smart plugs that i own have been fully reset and are working again on my network 

 

 

so what am i doing wrong ..

 

i have followed the instructions for reset from the new bulb 

 

and still not working or blinking

Make sure when you turn it on/off that you see it going on and off.

You maybe doing it too fast.

What is the model number of the smart bulb? 

 

Please turn it on and off for 5 times at a slower rate to hard reset it. 

 

If still does not work, try to power cycle it or change another lamp base to install it.

Hi

One thing I found was that the flashing phase takes a good 10 seconds to establish after the last on/off sequence@lee.rob
