I have mistakenly deleted one of my camera and when I try to add it again, system cannot find the camera while searching it.( I have tried to reset the camera)

Hello, please connect this NC250 to the main router by ethernet cable first. Then you can use the tpCamera app or web UI to set it up. Instructions as below:

Note: Please use the main router's wifi password to configure it.
Besides, you can change another smart phone to give it a go.
