Hello there, i would like to ask what can i do in order to extend the hours of alarm logs for my camera v380. Because currently only 24 hours is being saved thus yesterday's alarm logs were already erased.
And,how to delete the recorded alarm message?

Hello, we do not have V380 camera, actually it belongs to other manufacturer.
You can contact their tech support to get some help.
If you have any problem about the TP-Link device, please let us know.
