My camera seems to keep picking things up outside the activity zones?
also the camera picks up every car that passes the property but not every person that walks on the drive

@Levans

Hello, for the first one, could you please shot a short video and send it to us? Theoretically, the camera won't detect the things outside the activity zones.

For the second one, may I know how far away between the car/passengers and the KC200?

Have you ever tried to customize the sensitivity and recording motion last time?

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

Hello I think I have attached the video on the bottom. I have attached a photo of my activity zones.
is it possible that the camera is to high up?

it seems to detect things like cars/buses coming up the road, but doesn't catch things like delivery men or when we walk out it doesn't pick us up. I have the sensitivity  on 10 and 3.5 secs to try and stop it picking up passing cars.

Hello, thanks for your valued reply.

The camera can detect cars because it has larger size and the movement is much more conspicuous than the human.

Besides, the activity zones means that the camera only detects the motion/sound that happened in the specific area, but you still can see the whole camera windows under liveview page.

In general, the current issue is normal. If you do not want to get alerted by the car driving in the road, you can adjust the activity zones.

May it help.
