Model: KC110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V2.19.0

Hi,

My KC110 for some reason no longer allows the vertical view to move either up or down, it has been working fine since purchasing back in Oct/ Nov 2019. When I try to move it I now get a message saying "you have reached the end" with no movement. The horizontal view works fine.

Any advice on how I fix this?

Thank you in advance, Kate

@KateA

Hello, please reboot the camera first, if it still the same, factory reset the camera and reinstall it. This is the way to reset: rotate the camera upward to see the RESET button, press and hold for over 15 seconds.

Then refer to the instruction below to reinstall it.
