I have 5 HS100 up and running in my network already since some time back. I do remember that I had to do things with my router to make them work, some setting I had to change and then change back. But I don't recall, I think it was Set AP Isolated on and off during the setup process. Eitherway ever since, the switches have worked flawlessly.

Yesterday I decided to get 2 cameras KC100 and KC110 to add to the setup.
I tried to do the setup with my iPad and Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 3 XL (both Android 10).
I get to "case 3" (from https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2663/) on both of them. Ending up with a flashing green light that means that it can talk to the router, but not connect to the cloud.
I tried to set the DNS to Googles (8.8.8.8), AI protection isn't activated and I have disabled the firewall.
Now I think it might have to do with some wifisettings. See the attached file for the current setting.
WPS is turned off. Wireless Distribution System (WDS) is not used. Wireless MAC filtern is disabled.

I do work in IT and is comfortable meddling with my router, or what else is needed.

Thanks in advance,

Mathias

After meddling with my wifi-settings I got the cams to connect to the cloud.
Then it got stuck in some... Upgrade mode.
I hade to reset and add them again. Then I got it to work.

The settings in the Router is probably the hardest to figure out.

@ferro13 I cannot even get one of them to connect to the cloud.
But I will set that and try!

Now they both say: Updating firmware.
I will give it some time and see if they start working.

@ferro13 I have multiple devices connected to that wifi, mobiles, HS100 switches, D-link cameras, laptops, chromecast. They all need DHCP working.
