Hi,
1. You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Note:
1) Please ensure the Tapo app is the latest one downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
2) You don't need to remove the SD card to set up the camera.

Please help confirm the following information if the problem persists.
1) What error message appears when configuring the Tapo camera?
2) What troubleshooting you have done already?

2. You can refer to the UG>Page 12: Mount Your Camera section to see if it's the size of the screw you are looking for.
