Today I received some KL430 smart light strips to decorate my new room. After setting them up for a second time, the Kasa app tried to install a firmware update but failed. After the failed update, I am no longer able to turn the lights on - even after resetting and holding the power button down.

Any ideas?

Edit: To clarify, the light strips were working the first time I set them up. The app didn't try to update until the second time I set them up.
