Tapo Care - No Notifications on C310
I have several Tapo C310 cameras installed and they have been working fine in terms of instantly sending me notifications whenever motion is detected.
I have today activated my free 30 day free trials of Tapo Care and as soon I have done this my cameras have stopped recording motion in the activity logs and therfore also stopped sending me notifications.
I have rebooted my cameras after reading issues other people have had but this has not solved the problem on any of them.
Can anyone help?

It's definitely the Tapo Care, either free or subscribed. I've turned it off, notifications working again!
I didn't buy the camera for the cloud, so don't really feel I'm missing out!

@Arduer I've done the same now. I might have been interested in subscribing but obviously not now when the plan drastically worsens the performance of the cameras!!

Same problem by myself.
Now I canceld the Tapo-Care trial-version (done today) and every thing works.
Whats todo now? Will there be a solution within the next weeks? Or must I give my camera back to the seller an by a Ring-Camera?
I need some of the Tapo-Care functions?

I have similar problem. I activated the Tapo Care 30-day free trial. My camera does not record activities on the cloud, during the day. I works during the night though, which is really weird. Maybe just a coincidence, but same behaviour in the last 3 days.

Hello @Kicker74 May I know the model and version of your camera?
If the camera does not record activities on the cloud in certain time period 1. Please also check Camera settings-> Recording Schedule> select all time blocks there. 2. try the above beta firmware and see if that helps.

@Solla-topee It's a C310. HW version 1.0 and Firmware version 1.1.10. I have 4 of these cameras, all showing same behavior, so I think it's a software problem.
1. No schedule was set for recording, it should record 24/7. But it doesnt. Maybe something related to the day/night view is interfering with the recording function.
2. I have just flashed the 1.1.11 (beta from the above link) in 2 of them, and recordings seem to be working fine now. If it fails again, I'll update this post.
