I PURCHASED A TAPO C510W AND I CAN NOT CONTROL PAN & TILT WITH ISPY SOFTWARE. I CAN SEE THE LIVE STREAM THROUGH ISPY . AT THE SAME TIME PAN & TILT WORKS PERFECT WITH THE ANDROID APP.

AT THE PTZ SETTING WINDOW OF ISPY THE MODEL OF TAPO C200 DOES NOT EXIST.

CAN ANYONE HELP ??

Are you streaming the camera on the iSpy via RTSP or ONVIF protocol? If you are streaming the camera via RTSP, it's suggested to stream the camera via ONVIF and check if you can pan&tilt it via iSpy.
